Blackpool FC's 1953 FA Cup win at Wembley - aka the Stanley Matthews Final - HANDPAINTED in acrylics on a 40inch wide stretched canvas. Although I've painted many Gerrards and Shankleys etc, the Blackpool artwork remains my most popular Football related painting to date.

This version is of the same scene - but from a slightly different angle. As the stadium fills the background, the painting ends up a little darker.
